Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, no returns on Electrical items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
Goods need to be sent to Shop 104 Mount pellan Drive Glenvista Johannesburg Gauteng marked PW parts store.
Please package all returned goods carefully so that the item does not become damaged in transit. Please include the reason for return and a copy of the original invoice. In the event that you elect to return the goods to us via this channel all risks will be for your account. If the postal service or courier company (other than our own courier company) loses the returned parcel, the onus will be on the sender to resolve the issue of the lost parcel.
Please note we cannot accept COD deliveries for returns.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If item is incorrectly ordered, an exchange can be done with 30 Days, buyer is responsible for shipping costs for return and collection with own courier.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pwparts.co.za
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@pwparts.co.za
Shipping will be at your own cost, and you are responsible for using your own courier service for return and collections of exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If item is lost or stolen we will not be able to process refund
Defective Item
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
Please email us with any questions, if we are unable to sort out your problem over phone or whatsapp, item can be returned to us for inspection, if item is found to be faulty (without negligence) we will replace item,
If item is not faulty; buyer is responsible for cost of courier for collection and return of item.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 3:

- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and
- in relation to Unboxed Deals or used products, signs of handling and/or repackaging.
