PW Parts delivers with RAM hand to hand Couriers, the fee is calculated depending on the size of the package, collection from Glenvista, JHB, can also be arranged, but must be pre-arranged by calling 0818135017 or

PW Parts will dispatch the goods the next business day following cleared funds, a standard 3 day service is used with RAM, and tracking number will be provided.

Returns & Replacements


Any Incorrectly ordered items added to basket are the responsibility of consumer , Peewee Parts Ltd will not liable for courier costs associated with items incorrectly ordered, please ensure basket is correctly checked before check out. Item(s) can be couriered  back to Peewee Parts using a reputable courier company at the consumers expense, we also accepts drop offs BY APPOINTMENT if you are within the Johannesburg area

For any returns, email  INFO@PWPARTS.CO.ZA within 7 days of delivery to make us aware of the return. You then have 5 days from that point to return the item to us and send us a tracking number, if you have not done so in the specified time frame THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

For a credit to be issued, the returned item must be in brand new condition, unfitted and unused




Should you have a quality issues with your item, please contact us at INFO@PWPARTS.CO.ZA with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.

These photos will be inspected by our team to ensure the claim is valid. All items do go through quality control before being dispatched from our warehouse.

If the claim is valid, we will uplift the product from you at our expense and replace it with the same item, if it is out of stock, we will replace it with an item of your choice to the same value, a store credit or refund will be offered . 

PEEWEE parts will not accept damage or quality claims after the 7 day period and we are not responsible for damages resulting in wear and tear or incorrect installing of items.


Processing of credits and refunds


Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason, such refund shall either be effected on the credit card used to purchase the product, or be deposited into the bank account used in the Electronic Funds Transfer, within 10 business days of the returned item having been cleared by quality checking. 

Where account has been credited, you will be entitled to use such credit towards other purchases made by you on the site. Do take note, however, that you cannot request that refund the credit on your profile in the form of cash once you opted for the credit option. 

If you bought a sale item and want to return the item, the reduced price will be paid back to you and not the full price. 

If you want to return an item that you paid the full amount for but is now on sale, we will only pay the full amount as credit on your profile and not in the form of cash in your account. If you want a payback, the amount of the reduced price will be paid back 

If you redeemed a coupon against your purchase, and wish to return the item(s) from that purchase, the rand value paid for the item(s) being returned will either be refunded or credited to your account. The value of the voucher that was redeemed we will not be refunded to you, or credited to your account. Rather, will re-issue you with a replacement voucher to the same value, with the same voucher terms and conditions.


Fraud Prevention reserves the right to refuse, in the interest of fraud prevention, processing any payment for any order, and/or to cancel any purchase partially or completely, with notice given to you. will be responsible for returning funds for the cancelled portion of the order to you only if you have already paid such funds.
